The company was established as a legal entity in 2007 through the transformation of a free association of natural persons who are the current partners in the firm. The company specialises in the statics of load-bearing frames for surface structures in all material variants.
The company is also involved in new construction works and renovation of existing structures – see Services. 
The company has liability insurance covering damage, in the amount of up CZK 5 million, caused in connection with the performance of the activities of an authorised architect, authorised engineer or technician active in construction. For larger orders, supplementary insurance is arranged on an individual basis.
The company comprehensively ensures the design of the static elements of projects at various levels of documentation, from studies through implementation and contractor documentation, including on-site technical supervision. Furthermore, the company performs special dynamic, non-linear and stability calculations and surveys of the current condition of structures.
The company is authorised to perform design activities in capital construction and the construction of buildings, including changes thereto, as well as engineering activities in capital construction.
